The Company

Ubagua Bagels is the result of more than 30 years focused on creating a unique product in its preparation and irresistible in taste: fried bagels. Without prior pastry tradition, Pedro Jimenez Echarri was immersed in this journey in 1979 with the same recipe he keeps up nowadays which has made his fried bagels and churros famous.

This family business is now living the second generation with Luis Arrastia in charge. His arrival in 1981 coincides with the introduction of modern technology to make easier the production process and provide the best service and support to its customers.
